Antonio Vanuzzo, a senior reporter at Debtwire, has been hired by Bloomberg News to join its corporate finance team in London.
He starts in early May.
Vanuzzo has been at Debtwire since April 2014. He currently is responsible for European FIG credit coverage and Southern European restructuring.
Before that, he covered distressed financial institutions and insurance companies such as HETA, HSH Nordbank, Delta Lloyd and Ethias, as well as Greek, Spanish and Italian banks.
Vanuzzo is also an adjunct professor of financial journalism at Bologna University and a board member of Fondazione Le Quattro Stelle, which aims to empower disabled people in Southern Italy through the game of basketball.
