Bloomberg hires Smith as an economy editor

Molly Smith

Molly Smith has joined Bloomberg as a full-time U.S. economy reporter.

She previously was a corporate finance reporter and editor. She has also worked as a rotational reporter.

She was a political correspondent at Citrus TV and has interned at Bloomberg. She was also a local politics reporter at TheNewsHouse.com in Syracuse, New York. She has also interned at Thomson Reuters.

Smith has a B.S. in broadcast and digital journalism from Syracuse University.
