Bloomberg hires Hunter as ag reporter

Archie Hunter

Archie Hunter has joined Bloomberg News as an agriculture reporter in London focusing on coffee, sugar and cocoa.

Recently, he was European base metals editor at Fastmarkets. He also served as a global copper editor at Media Bulletin, as part of the Euromoney buyout of FastMarkets. Previously, he has also held the posts of physicals reporter and deputy head of physicals markets reporting.

He was also a reporter at Live Rice Index, a commodities report focusing on the international rice markets. Hunter has also worked at the Financial Times and dealReporter.

Hunter is a University of Sheffield graduate.
