Bloomberg News has hired Carmen Arroyo to cover bonds.
Arroyo has been at Power Finance & Risk since 2019 covering Latin America project finance and mergers and acquisitions.
She studied journalism and philosophy at the Universidad de Navarra and has a Masters from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Arroyo has worked in broadcast news, as a communications officer at PwC and as a reporter for the United Nations’ Inter Press Service.
