S&P Global Market reporter Rachel Adams-Heard has been hired by Bloomberg News to cover the oil and gas markets.
She starts next month and will be based in Houston.
Adams-Heard has been with S&P Global since September 2016 in its Washington bureau covering LNG as part of the natural gas team.
She previously interned twice at Bloomberg covering the oil markets out of New York and covering regulators out of the Washington bureau. She also interned on the Charlotte Observer business news desk.
Adams-Heard is a graduate of Washington & Lee University.
