Bloomberg BNA starts business of law podcast

Bloomberg BNA has launched a podcast on Big Law Business, a website that covers the business of law.

Josh Block, executive multimedia producer for Big Law Business, hosts the podcast with Casey Sullivan. The first podcast is about the most important stories of 2015, and they’re about to release a second episode about the most notable business of law stories of the past couple of weeks.

Block and Sullivan plan to release two episodes per month, and the podcasts will cover the most notable business of law stories over that period.

The podcast will be available both on the website and iTunes.

Block is a former TV and radio producer  for Charlie Rose, “Late Show with David Letterman,” HBO Sports, and “WNYC’s Studio 360 and a lawyer,” and he oversees video for Big Law Business. Prior to Big Law Business, he produced videos and podcast for Bloomberg Law.

Sullivan is a journalist who mostly notably broke the story of the collapse of Dewey & LeBoeuf in the Los Angeles Daily Journal who oversees articles and writes for the Big Law Business website.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
