Blair, USA Today tech editor, heads to PR firm

Nancy Blair, the technology editor for USA Today, has resigned to become vice president of content for Access Communications, a public relations firm.

Matt Afflixio, president of Access, writes, “Today, we are thrilled to share that veteran technology journalist Nancy Blair will be joining the Access team as Vice President of Content, based in our San Francisco office. Nancy brings to the agency more than twenty years of journalism experience, including her recent roles as a manager and technology editor at USA Today.

“We have been working with our client base over the years, helping them compose the narratives that give their products and services value. Who better to lead our storytelling efforts and develop compelling content programs across multiple formats for our consumer and technology clients than a well-respected, experienced journalist like Nancy.

“Developing compelling content presents brands with a powerful opportunity to build a loyal audience and create lasting relationships by providing them with real value. We are honored to have a journalist of Nancy’s caliber join the Access family and guide the editorial direction of our storytelling hub, Access Studio.”
