Business news channel Cheddar announced that it’s now appearing on Reachme TV’s network of 85 airports and over 5000 hotels across the country.
“I was sitting in Newark airport at the bar having a scotch and eating grilled chicken before my flight. I looked up, saw Reachme TV and decided Cheddar was perfect for those screens,” said Jon Steinberg, CEO of Cheddar, in a statement.
“Reachme controls over 2,000+ screens in 85 airports. Cheddar will now be available to millions and millions of travelers who are the perfect audience.”
Programming consists of Cheddar’s top stories and interviews each day fed to Reachme screens.
“Cheddar’s content is a refreshing take on news, business, and technology which resonates with our modern mobile viewer,” said Ron Bloom, co-founder of ReachMe TV, in a statement.
Cheddar broadcasts from the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange, the glass corner of the Flatiron Building inside the Sprint store, WeWork Vine in Hollywood, and the White House.
It is also available on Sling TV, Amazon, Philo, Twitter, Pluto TV, Comcast X1, Twitch, and 60 percent of smart TVs in the U.S.
