Steve Kaskovich, the deputy managing editor for business and enterprise at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, has left the newspaper after 22 years.
Kaskovich is now a communications manager for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
He was the business editor at the Star-Telegram for more than a decade, managing reporters, editors and columnists.
Kaskovich previously served as Sunday and projects editor for three years, coordinating front-page reports for the Sunday edition, and editing staff enterprise and investigative projects.
Before joining the Star-Telegram in 1995, Kaskovich was the deputy business editor and a reporter at the Detroit News. He was also a technology reporter for the Rochester Times-Union.
