Tierra Smith has been hired by Bisnow to cover the Houston commercial real estate market.
She replaces Kyle Hagerty, who left in April to join CoStar Group.
For the past six months, Smith has been working as a reporter in Tomball and Magnolia, two Houston suburbs, for a community newspaper. Before that, she was an intern on the business news desk of the Tampa Bay Times.
Smith has a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Grambling State University and a master’s degree from Louisiana State University.
