Birmingham Biz Journal taps Coker as managing editor

Angel Coker

Birmingham Business Journal has named Angel Coker as a managing editor.

Previously, Coker was covering banking/finance, legal and transportation industries for the Journal. She was also a news editor at Commercial Dispatch.

Coker has also covered Tuscaloosa County and Northport city government, health, and general assignment stories for The Tuscaloosa News. Previously, she was an intern.

Coker graduated from University of Alabama.
