This is Godwin’s second stint at the American City Business Journals newspaper. He was an editorial intern there in the summer of 2011, and then was research director from 2011 to 2013. Then, he was online editor from 2013 to 2014.
Godwin left the paper last year and worked in sales in Atlanta.
“Now I’m back as a reporter covering CRE, retail, and economic development,” said Godwin in an email to Talking Biz News. “I’m incredibly excited to be back and to cover all of the real estate activity happening in downtown Birmingham and surrounding areas right now.”
Godwin is an Auburn University graduate.
