Bell departing Mashable for Engadget

Karissa Bell

After spending six years at Mashable as a senior tech reporter, Karissa Bell will be leaving the company to join Engadget as a senior editor covering social media platforms.

Before joining Mashable, Bell was with The Wirecutter and also worked as a freelance contributor at Wired magazine. She also served as an editorial intern at Macworld where she wrote product news, app reviews, and how-to guides for Macworld magazine and Macworld.com.

Bell is a B.A. in journalism and modern Greek studies from San Francisco State University.
