Bloomberg reporter Querolo joins muni team

Nic Querolo

Nic Querolo is now a reporter on the municipal team Bloomberg News, covering the municipal bond market, state and local governments.

Querolo joined Bloomberg last year as a news intern.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Querolo was pursuing his master’s degree in business and economic journalism from Columbia University.

He has also worked as an associate producer at NHK, Japan Broadcasting Corp. for more than 2 years. There, he pitched, researched and produced feature segments on the economy, coordinated crews and conducted interviews.

He also covered the U.S. Treasury, USTR, Federal Reserve, and the International Monetary Fund on a daily basis, in addition to breaking news coverage and field production.

Querolo is also a B.B.A. in finance and Japanese from William & Mary.
