Beat switch for Bloomberg reporter Gilmer

Ellen M. Gilmer

Ellen M. Gilmer, previously covering environmental law for Bloomberg Law, has switched over to Bloomberg Government to cover homeland security, including natural disasters, cybersecurity and more.

Gilmer was also a reporter and then served as a legal editor and reporter at E&E News. She was also a reporter and copy editor intern at The Oregonian and a reporter at Current Publishing.

Her work has also been featured in MSN, Science Magazine, Yahoo Finance, Fortune, Scientific American, Financial Post, The State, The Charlotte Observer and more.

Gilmer holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Spanish from Ball State University and holds a master’s degree in environmental law from Lewis & Clark Law School.
