Ben Chu is re-joining BBC Newsnight as an economics editor starting in June.
Chu takes up the post at a crucial time as governments in the U.K. and around the globe look toward building back post the pandemic.
Chu previously worked on the program back in 2019-2020.
He has also worked at The Independent as an economics editor between his stints at BBC.
