BBC Breakfast appoints Warhurst as business presenter
BBC Breakfast has tapped Nina Warhurst as its new business presenter.
Warhurst said, “I’m so excited to formally join the BBC Breakfast team, it’s a program I have always loved, both as a viewer and as a journalist.”
Previously, Warhurst worked as a news presenter/reporter at Channel 5 and ITN Productions. She has also served as a correspondent for BBC TV and Radio. She was also a presenter for BBC Sport and has held the post of field producer, FIFA World Cup 2014, at HBS.
Warhurst has also worked as an assignment editor at Olympic Broadcasting Services and has held the posts of reporter/presenter, Channel M TV and producer/reporter at Guardian News and Media, and RT (Russia Today), respectively.
Warhurst is the recipient of the Royal Television Society award for Best Regional Journalist.
Warhurst is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and the University of Westminster.
