Tina Reed has been hired by Axios to be its health care editor.
She previously was executive editor at Fierce Healthcare, where she had been since April 2018.
Reed had previously been with the Washington Business Journal since January 2014. Before that, she was a reporter and online content editor for the Capital Gazette. As a reporter there, she covered health, health care, the U.S. Naval Academy, military affairs and education stories in Annapolis, Maryland.
Reed also worked at AnnArbor.com and at the Ann Arbor News in Michigan as a business reporter and multimedia producer.
She is a Michigan State University graduate.
