She has also held the post of associate editor, health IT at Fierce Markets and has served as U.S. media/communications associate at The Israel Project. She has also worked at The Reading Eagle as metro reporter.
In addition, apart from these outlets, Gold has also worked at The Daily Collegian, The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle and Whirl Magazine.
