Axios has hired reporter Richard Collings to cover retail.
He will be covering mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, private equity and other situations related to retail.
Collings previously was a retail reporter at Adweek. He also worked at LevFin Insights as a reporter for a year and at S&P Global Markets covering retail and consumer companies.
He also worked for The Deal for more than five years and at Mergermarket as a reporter.
Collings holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
