Kristi Swartz, who has covered energy and telecom companies at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution since 2008, is leaving the paper for a job at EnergyWire.
On her Facebook page, Swartz writes:
I’m leaving the paper to take a job with EnergyWire. I’ll be the publication’s Southeast correspondent, staying in Atlanta and covering energy issues in the region.
My tenure with Cox started with five great years at the Palm Beach Post before joining the AJC. I’ll miss my co-workers without a doubt.
But, rest assured, I am beyond excited about what lies ahead.
Swartz is a 1998 graduate of the University of Maryland and still follows the Terps in basketball.
