Atlanta biz journal adds another radio show

Jacques Couret of The Atlanta Business Chronicle writes about how the American City Business Journals paper has added another radio business news show with a partnership with Dickey Broadcasting Co.’s WCNN-AM Sports Radio 680 The Fan/FM 93.7.

Couret writes, ¨Four times daily Monday through Friday, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Crystal Edmonson now delivers business content over The Fan’s airwaves, including financial market updates and breaking business news.

¨´Most sports fans are interested in business and most business executives are passionate about sports,´Atlanta Business Chronicle Publisher Ed Baker said. ´The combination of the Chronicle and 680 will be a big win-win for Atlanta’s radio listening community.´

¨The radio partnership is the second recently for Atlanta Business Chronicle. Atlanta-based Cumulus Media Inc.  recently converted Atlanta’s 106.7 WYAY-FM to ´All News 106.7´ and partnered with Atlanta Business Chronicle for business coverage airing at 20 minutes and 50 minutes past the hour.¨
