Corey Gaskin will be joining Ars Technica as the company’s new senior commerce writer.
In his new role, he will be working with senior commerce editor Jeff Dunn and the rest of the team.
Recently, Gaskin was with Digital Trends which he joined last year as an associate mobile editor. Later on, he was promoted to the post of mobile editor at the company where he managed a team of freelancers, assigned pieces, wrote and edited reviews among other tasks.
Prior to that, Gaskin was a writer/reviewer at PhoneArena and also served as a contributing editor at XDA Developers.
In addition, he also served as a technical services advisor at Microsoft.
Gaskin holds a degree in communications, film and broadcasting from Sussex County Community College.
