Makenzie Huber has been appointed the new business reporter at the Argus Leader in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
She will be joining reporter Patrick Anderson on the business beat. Previously, Huber held the post of breaking news reporter at the paper.
Prior to that, Huber was first managing editor and then editor-in-chief at The Collegian. She was also a student fellow at Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting and also served as a communications intern at Van D. and Barbara B. Fishback Honors College.
Additionally, she also served as a journalism intern at SD EPSCoR.
Huber is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in journalism and political science.
