Argus Leader ag reporter Tuchscherer departs

Rebekah Tuchscherer

Rebekah Tuchscherer, agriculture reporter at the Argus Leader in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, will be leaving and joining the research department of a local eye care company.

Since 2020, Tuchscherer has been reporting on agriculture and environment news throughout South Dakota for Gannett publications, including the Argus Leader, Aberdeen American News, Watertown Public Opinion and Farm Forum.

She has previously interned at Science Magazine and Texas Observer. She was also an editorial intern, Money and Consumer Technology at USA Today.

Tuchscherer graduated from Augustana University.
