Aimed at business leaders, Quartz, founded in 2012, offers a suite of digital products focusing on the global economy.
Until now, Khalid has been working as a contributing writer to Engadget for eight months.
Prior to that, she has worked as a freelance journalist, as a staff writer at The Daily Dot and as a legislative action reporter at the Congressional Quarterly.
