Miriam Cross has joined American Banker as a reporter covering bank technology and fintech. She will focus on how these two elements affect the customer experience.
Most recently, she was serving as an associate editor at Kiplinger’s Personal Finance. Before that, she held the posts of researcher/reporter and staff writer at the company. Cross also has experience working as a freelance fact-checker and literacy and numeracy administrator.
She also served as a managing editor at PressPlus1.com and as an editorial intern at Canadian Family.
Cross is a B.A. in English, history and cinema studies from the University of Toronto – University College.
