Acuris launches Private Equity Law Report

Acuris, the parent company of publications such as Dealreporter and Mergermarket, has started a new publication called Private Equity Law Report.

It is being overseen by William de Cordova, who is also editor in chief of Hedge Fund Law Report, and Rorie A. Norton, editor of Private Equity Law Report.

“Through our ongoing dialogue with general counsels and chief compliance officers, our skilled team of lawyers and journalists are able to provide up-to-date and incisive, in-depth legal analysis that helps private equity sponsors and their counsel identify and mitigate compliance issues, as well as adjust to ever-changing regulatory and legislative developments,” said Norton in a statement.

The publication will cover rule making, compliance, taxation, marketing and other operational issues for private equity companies.

Similar publications from Acuris include the Hedge Fund Law Report, the Anti-Corruption Report and the Cybersecurity Law Report.

Acuris, which is owned by BC Partners, is currently for sale.
