ACBJ papers rolling out “Home of the Day” sponsored content

Home of the DayThe Pittsburgh Business Times is the latest American City Business Journals newspaper to launch on its website the “Home of the Day” a sponsored content section where the company has an advertising relationship with real estate agents.

A story on the Times website states, “Home of the Day has been a very successful and welcome addition to many business journals in other cities. American City Business Journals, the parent company of the Business Times, has partnered with luxury real estate leaders across the country to present only the best homes.

“Building on the rapid momentum since its initial launch in June 2014, the Business Times joins 21 additional markets that now offer Home of the Day.

“Home of the Day averages over 1 million page views a month, and in markets where Home of the Day is live, it accounts for an average of 6 percent of total traffic, and as high as 14 percent in some.

“On average, 87 percent of visitors view all pictures in a gallery, accounting for a total of over 11.2 million photos viewed in 2014 – proving that our readers have an appetite for business, news and luxury.”
