American City Business Journals is adding KC Inno to cover entrepreneurs and innovation in Kansas City, reports Brian Kaberline of the Kansas City Business Jiurnal.

Kaberline writes, “This new vehicle will focus tightly on innovators and the issues and networks important to their success. KC Inno will introduce readers to area innovators, whether budding entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs at established companies; report on funding opportunities and investments; and provide news and insights on Kansas City’s growth environment.

“Leslie Collins, who has covered area entrepreneurs and technology for years at KCBJ, will head up efforts for KC Inno, with contributions from everyone in the newsroom. But KC Inno also provides an on-ramp to a broader network of Inno publications, some of which have operated for a few years as well as other new launches that will bring the concept to all of the 40-plus cities nationwide served by our parent company, American City Business Journals.

“KC Inno will be available as a free add-on for existing Kansas City Business Journal subscribers. KC Inno also will be available separately for a low monthly charge.”
