Energy reporter Hulac laid off from CQ/Roll Call

Energy and environmental reporter Benjamin Hulac has been laid off from CQ Roll Call. He had been with the publications since January 2019. Hulac previously worked for E&E News, also in Washington. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and holds a master’s from Columbia University in journalism.
