Mayuki Shimizu, vice president of strategy and operations at Yahoo Finance, is leaving the news organization.
He has been with Yahoo Finance since December 2021 and with Yahoo since May 2016.
During his time at Yahoo Finance, he was involved with a site redesign and strategy revamp and the launch of new market data and investor tools. It also expanded its live news and video coverage.
“I’m excited for what the team has built—and even more for what’s still ahead,” he wrote on LinkedIn.
Shimizu, a Dartmouth College graduate, previously was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman.
