Yahoo Finance has started a weekly podcast aimed at small business owners.
“The Big Idea with Elizabeth Gore” is hosted by the co-founder of Hello Alice, a platform that has helped more than 1.5 million small business owners access affordable capital and credit and distributed over $57 million in grants across industries from retail to technology and sustainable energy.
“On the Big Idea, we will break down barriers for entrepreneurs and lift up opportunities for every person wanting to be their own boss,” said Gore in a statement. “By hosting the Big Idea on Yahoo Finance, I’m looking forward to elevating business owners’ stories and providing actionable insights to small business owners at a scale like never before. The new podcast is available now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeart, Pandora, and Amazon Music. New episodes air weekly on Thursdays.
Last year, Yahoo Finance launched new podcasts, include “Opening Bid,” a daily morning show focused on market perspectives hosted by executive editor Brian Sozzi, and “Stocks in Translation,” a twice-weekly show hosted by anchor and global markets reporter Jared Blikre featuring strategists decoding the day’s market moves.
