Robin Kwong, director of audience loyalty at The Wall Street Journal, is leaving the publication.
He previously was its new formats editor and oversaw the newsletter and audience voices teams.
Kwong previously was newsroom innovation chief, a position he had been in since 2019. Kwong was previously the head of digital delivery at the Financial Times, a position he has held since June 2017. Before that, he was special projects editor.
Kwong was also the tech, media and telecoms news editor at the FT, as well as its Taipei correspondent. He previously worked at the South China Morning Post.
