Paul Kiernan
Wall Street Journal reporter Paul Kiernan has moved to Los Angeles to cover the California economy.
He previously has been covering the U.S. economy out of Washington, D.C., with a focus on immigration and labor. He also contributes to coverage of the Federal Reserve, politics and general news.
Before moving to Washington in 2018, Kiernan spent more than a decade as a correspondent in Mexico and Brazil for Dow Jones Newswires and the Associated Press.
Kiernan is a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate.
