WSJ tech reporter Yang departs for LA Times

Stephanie Yang

Stephanie Yang has joined the Los Angeles Times as China correspondent.

She comes from The Wall Street Journal, where she has worked for almost 6 years, recently as a tech reporter.

Before that, she has served as a markets reporter, China correspondent and New York metro reporter at the Journal. Prior to joining The Journal, Yang was an associate producer at CNBC.

She has previously interned at The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider and TechCrunch.

Yang graduated from Northwestern University.
