Wall Street Journal reporter Jenny Strasburg is joining the paper’s global energy and climate team.
She will remain based in London. Her interests include BP and Shell as well as companies across Europe and EMEA.
She has been spending two years covering cyber and previously spent 12 years covering finance, banks, markets and global money flow.
Before joining the Journal, Strasburg was with Bloomberg News working as a hedge fund reporter. She also was a fellow at Columbia University and a former reporter at the San Francisco Chronicle, Corpus Christi Caller-Times and San Angelo Standard-Times.
Strasburg has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from New Mexico State University. She also received a Knight-Bagehot fellowship in business and journalism from Columbia University.
