The Wall Street Journal has hired Erin Woo from The Information to cover Google.
She will start later this month.
Woo has been covering OpenAI as her primary beat. She had been covering Google and Alphabet and previously covered Twitter, TikTok and Snap for The Information.
She previously covered venture capital and startups at The Information and The New York Times, and local news at The Mercury News and WNYC.
A graduate of Stanford University, she lives in San Francisco.
