The Wall Street Journal has hired USA Today senior consumer travel reporter Dawn Gilbertson to be its new travel columnist.
At USA Today, she writes about how to navigate airline fees, fares, refund policies and new routes and also cover and break travel news.

She is a graduate of Syracuse University.
