WSJ hires Moise to cover personal economics

The Wall Street Journal has hired Imani Moise to cover personal economics.

Moise has been at The Financial Times as its U.S. banking correspondent, covering Wall Street’s biggest banks as well as the other major financial institutions.

Prior to joining the FT, Moise was a finance reporter for Reuters News, covering some of the largest banks in the U.S. and their impact on the domestic and global economy. Before that, she was a breaking news reporter for The Journal, where she also completed an internship, covering the business of shipping, tobacco and retail.

Moise is a graduate of Duke University, where she completed a bachelor’s degree in public policy.
