The Wall Street Journal has hired Alyssa Lukpat as a breaking news reporter.
She is currently a member of the 2021-22 New York Times fellowship class.
Lukpat studied data journalism at Columbia Journalism School and journalism at Northeastern University.
She has worked for the Boston Globe and The News & Observer in Raleigh, North Carolina.
