WSJ hires Cervantes as a social media editor

Nelly M. Ontiveros Cervantes

Nelly M. Ontiveros Cervantes has joined The Wall Street Journal as a social media editor, based in New York.

Previously, she served as the editor in chief of NSM Today, which is run by journalism major students at the University of Central Florida’s Nicholson School of Communication.

She interned at the Orlando Sentinel, The Wall Street Journal and the Orlando Weekly.

Cervantes has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Central Florida.
