The Wall Street Journal has hired Izzy Best as senior supervising producer for news and specials.
She previously was a senior producer managing CNN+ editorial teams. Best was also a showrunner and executive producer at HuffPost.
Best was also a producer on “The Today Show” and a strategic content partnerships producer for MSNBC. She spent two years at CNBC as a segment producer and social media editor for “On the Money.”
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University, an MBA from Fordham University and a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
