Media executive Dave Neill has been named publisher of In Business magazine, which is based in Madison, Wisconsin.

A story on its website states, “Neill, a native of Detroit, Michigan, comes to In Business from DNC Media LLC in Spring Hill, Tennessee, a consulting and media management firm he started in 2016. ‘I’m very excited to join the organization, which includes Woodward Communications Inc., and to be working with the folks at IB Madison,’ Neill stated. ‘I’m just as excited to begin a new chapter in Madison.’

“During his career, Neill also served as regional president and publisher for the Greenville News in South Carolina and the Asheville Citizen Times in North Carolina, and as regional president, publisher, and chief revenue officer for the Naples Daily News in Naples, Florida. His previous career stops also include Washington Jewish Week in Washington, D.C., where he served as president and publisher; Detroit Jewish News & Style Magazine, where he was associate publisher; and the Kansas City Star, where he worked as an advertising account executive and in production roles.
