Isaac Windes has been named low carbon technology reporter at Energy Intelligence.
He previously was energy transition technology reporter. He will relocate to New York later this year for his new beat.
Windes previously was an education reporter at the San Antonio Report and early childhood education reporter at The Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He also covered education for the Beaumont Enterprise.
He is a graduate of Arizona State University.
