For Fortune, Weiss reported on crypto, with a focus on the larger, publicly traded companies that are dabbling in blockchain. Prior to Fortune, he fact-checked for Harper’s Magazine and contributed to Wired, Slate, Rest of World, Gizmodo, Business Insider, and PBS NewsHour.
He has a joint master’s degree from New York University in journalism and international relations.
