Washington Business Journal reporter Dan Brendel is leaving to pursue other interests.
Brendel covers economic development and commercial real estate for Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland, the region’s suburban “doughnut,” and joined the publication in February 2022.
He previously covered local politics for newspapers in Southern California and Virginia.
He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2005. He also holds a master’s of divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
