Editor in chief Douglas Fruehling writes, “Orfinger, 65, announced his decision to Business Journal staff Tuesday at the company’s office in Rosslyn. Financial Control Board and the dot-com boom and subsequent bomb to the Great Recession and the Covid-19 pandemic.
