Onetime climate policy scribe Shannon Osaka (pictured) is now on the Washington Post’s gymnastics beat. And in two big hires at news startup The Messenger, Adam Wollner and Dan Merica have left CNN to become Congress/White House editor and national pols reporter respectively.
