WaPo teams with Verizon, L.A. Times’ Latino launch, States Newsroom adds to West Virginia corps

The Washington Post is now the first major paper to offer digital subscriptions on Verizon’s +play, while the Los Angeles Times has launched De Los to explore all things Latinidad in L.A. and nationwide.
